By placing an order on govegee.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by BRIJ IMPEX, Jaipur, Rajasthan ("goVegee", "we", "us").

1. What we sell

We sell fresh vegetables, fruits and combo baskets, and deliver them to your address within our service area. Product photos are illustrative; natural produce varies in size and appearance.

2. Prices and availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are listed per the unit shown (for example per kg, per bunch). Mandi prices change daily, so prices and availability may change without notice. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay. Items shown as "Out of stock today" cannot be ordered.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed when you see the order confirmation (order number starting GV-). We may cancel or adjust an order if an item is unavailable or the delivery address is outside our service area, and we will let you know. Quantities for weight-based items may vary slightly at packing; you are charged for the quantity ordered unless we tell you otherwise.

4. Delivery

We deliver in the time slot you choose (for example 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM) in the localities we serve. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather or supply. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and that your phone number and address are correct.

5. Payment

You can pay online (UPI, cards, net banking through our payment partner Cashfree Payments), by UPI QR to our delivery partner, or by cash on delivery. We do not store your card or UPI credentials; online payments are processed by the payment partner on its secure page.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate details and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. We may refuse service in case of misuse or repeated fake orders.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
