Privacy Policy
goVegee (operated by BRIJ IMPEX, Jaipur) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Order details you enter: name, phone number, delivery address, delivery slot, notes.
- Your approximate location only if you allow location access, used to find the area we deliver to. We do not track you in the background.
- If your area is not served yet and you join our notify list: your phone number and area.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, contact you about them, confirm payments, handle refunds and support, and decide which areas to serve next. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Our delivery partners (to deliver your order), our payment partner Cashfree Payments (to process online payments; they handle your card/UPI details on their own secure page), and our hosting provider. We may share information if required by law.
Storage on your device
The app saves your cart, selected area and delivery details on your own phone so you do not need to retype them. You can clear this by clearing the site data in your browser.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details by contacting us on the Contact Us page.
